About Us

We’ve Run the Mission.

Built Around Real Operations

Founded in 2011 by aviation professionals and pilots with extensive operational experience, SKYOPS today brings together aviation and technology specialists, including former law enforcement professionals. Built around the realities of live aviation operations, SKYOPS goes beyond administration. In safety-critical environments, our software supports operational decision-making, helps teams maintain readiness and provides the structure to operate safely, consistently and with confidence. That responsibility continues to shape how we develop SKYOPS and how we work with our customers.

Our Mission

Our mission is to make complex aviation operations safer, more effective and easier to manage. SKYOPS brings operational planning, safety, compliance, crew readiness, training, maintenance and mission information together in one operational environment. By replacing fragmented tools and manual processes with structured workflows, teams have the information they need throughout the entire operation, from planning and briefing to flight and debrief. The result is greater operational awareness, less administrative burden and a clear line of accountability from the frontline to leadership.

Our Evolution

SKYOPS became generally available in 2013, initially supporting highly regulated manned helicopter operations. From the beginning, the platform was developed for organisations where safety, compliance, operational readiness and accountability are fundamental to every flight. In 2019, we brought the same aviation discipline to UAS operations. Rather than treating drones as a separate technology platform, SKYOPS applied the same principles of operational control, crew competency, airworthiness, safety management and accountability that underpin professional aviation. Today, SKYOPS supports manned, unmanned and increasingly integrated aviation operations within a single operational framework. Helicopters, fixed-wing aircraft and UAS can be managed across shared workflows, while maintaining the requirements and responsibilities specific to each type of operation. As aviation continues to evolve through BVLOS, autonomy and increasingly connected operations, SKYOPS continues to evolve with it.

Built on Trust

Many of the organizations using SKYOPS operate in environments where decisions matter and where safety, security and accountability cannot be compromised. We recognize the trust that comes with supporting those operations. It influences how we develop our platform, how we protect operational information and how we work alongside our customers.

The aircraft may change. The discipline of professional aviation does not.

Our Segments

SKYOPS is built for the realities of structured, compliance-driven flight operations across three primary sectors:

Law Enforcement & Public Safety

For police air support units, tactical drone teams, and public order aviation, SKYOPS delivers auditable coordination, crew readiness tracking, and flight risk mitigation.

Defense & Government Agencies

Military and civil government aviation programs rely on SKYOPS for integrated UAS/manned operations, full document control, and mission-critical ERP activations.

Critical Infrastructure, Regulated Operators & Training Organizations

From certified training academies to governmental agencies and commercial operators flying under strict aviation authority oversight, SKYOPS enforces regulatory alignment at every step (crew qualifications, airworthiness, logbooks, and audit trails).

Whether you're managing covert missions, wide-area patrols, pilot development, or cross-unit fleet logistics, SKYOPS is tailored to fit the operational architecture of organizations where failure is not an option.

Secure By Design

ISO/IEC 27001 Certified

SKYOPS protects sensitive operational information through internationally recognized information-security management, role-based access, controlled information sharing, and comprehensive auditability.

Our Solutions

SKYOPS provides an integrated operational platform for manned, unmanned, and multi-agency aviation operations:

Flight Operations

Plan, brief, execute, and debrief missions while managing risk, crew readiness, airworthiness, and regulatory compliance in a single environment.

Multi-Agency Operations

Coordinate operations across police, fire, defense, government, and other authorized partners with controlled information sharing and clear operational roles.

Safety Management

Built-in Safety Management System (SMS), risk assessment, occurrence management, and operational assurance aligned with aviation standards.

Training & Compliance

Monitor qualifications, currency, and competencies, automate alerts, and connect personnel readiness directly to mission scheduling.

Maintenance & Fleet Readiness

And more…to be announced in Q4 2026!

Trusted by Professionals

SKYOPS is deployed across national first responder units, military agencies, and public safety aviation teams. Our platform enables them to operate safely, efficiently, and within regulation, whether launching a covert drone operation or managing a multi-aircraft helicopter response. SKYOPS has become a backbone of command visibility and operational assurance in highly demanding environments.

Our Commitment

We build for those who fly with purpose and lead under pressure. Every feature in SKYOPS is grounded in real-world feedback, regulatory expectation, and mission-critical reliability. Our goal is simple: to make complex aviation environments more manageable, auditable, and safe, without slowing operations down.
