About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced React Native Developer to join our growing engineering team. You’ll be building high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android, working alongside backend developers, designers, and aviation experts.

This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, seeks technical excellence, and thrives in environments where their work directly impacts operational readiness and safety.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will:

• Develop smooth, responsive, and pixel-perfect UIs for both mobile platforms.

• Build reusable components and libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.

• Integrate native APIs and ensure seamless platform interaction.

• Troubleshoot and optimize performance for a native-like experience.

• Help transition key functionality from ASP.NET to React Native.

• Maintain clean code and automated test coverage.

• Engage with the open-source community for ongoing improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Required skills and experience:

• 3+ years of React Native experience in production environments.

• Familiarity with iOS/Android native dev, WebSockets, REST APIs.

• Tech Stack: ES6+, TypeScript, JWT, Zustand, REALM, NPM.

• Understanding of secure coding, encryption, and access control.

• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

• Nice to have:

• Experience with SQLite, Expo, C++, or TamaGUI CSS.
